7 Benefits of No Nut November (NNN)

No fap or No nut November is an internet hype; It is believed that it started on Tik-Tok. The idea is to stop f@pping or m@sturbation for a month, especially celebrated in the month of November. Mainly, it is supposed to be for men but a small percentage of females are also believed to be joining the internet hype. Basically, youngsters choose it to give their lazy life up, giving up their habit of p0rn and focus on self-improvement. It is often connected with health benefits also. If we stay away from p0rn and m@sturbation these are the health benefits, expected to happen in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

1. Increased Productivity                                                   

If we spend our whole day just laying around, f@pping and,  surfing the internet to find THAT ONE SPECIAL video for our climax, we are definitely killing a lot of time and reaching nowhere. With all that time saved, we can
get the things done which we wanted to make time for.
 Maybe cleaning our room or completing the college assignment which always gives pressure on the
last date or investing quality time growing our hobbies and also learning new and cool things that we always wanted to learn. It will help us to keep aside all our procrastination. There is pretty much all the time in the world to do the things which were occupied by a mere bad habit.

2. Feel more Energetic

Laziness is a habit. The more we let our body and mind do the things as they please, they will choose to do the things that do not need much effort. Hence, laying around all day. Once we commit to not passing our time that way and choose other healthy ways to spend our days, it is obvious that we will feel more energetic. Also, it is believed and felt by people that it boosts testosterone, which may give better overall physical health and a deeper voice.

A person who is addicted to smoking says on a regular basis that he can stop smoking whenever he wants but he never does. It is because of a lack of determination and self-discipline. The same is with people who are addicted to social media, gambling, videogames and binge-eating, and many more…… If you give up one bad habit, it will automatically develop a sense of self-control and increase your willpower to break other bad habits.

4. No Unhealthy Addiction = Improved Overall Health

M@sturbation itself isn’t a bad thing if done in a controlled manner but addiction and time-killing just laying around with the pee-pee, on the hands- the whole day is somehow compromising with our health. We are not taking care of when to eat when to sleep, we don’t care about our water intake, we are killing our social activity, we are lacking exercise (leave meditation faaaaar…). We are just winding with our thoughts and eyes on the screen of our phone or laptop surfing p0rn most of the time. Choosing to get a healthy lifestyle is going to help our health physically, psychologically, and socially in many ways.

5. More Towards Natural Sleep and Genuine Happiness

Most teenagers and college students fall into a bad habit of falling into sleep only after a f@p. It is because the brain takes a lot of oxygen and blood to increase its productivity and fapping takes its power somewhere else; hence, it slows brain-activity for a while and we finally can focus in one place, slowly falling to sleep. It is not a natural way to fall asleep. We need to learn to stop our overthinking, practice concentration and meditation to naturally gain focus, and get our sleeping experience better. Similarly, addiction is giving us fake happiness by producing happy hormones like dopamine and serotonin. Giving up bad addictions will help us find our ways towards genuine happiness.

6. Motivation and confidence

Many people post content related to the physical and psychological changes they got after no-f@p, on the internet, and also in their personal social-media account. People often claim that trying NNN did help recover their hair-loss, they gained muscles, their memory-power and concertation boosts, and a lot of different things. Those claims are not proven medically but if people are feeling so, we can understand that after giving up their bad habit, they have somehow got their motivation and self-esteem back. Also managing their day may have given a balance in the stress and management of nutrition in their body. Men also feel guilty after climax. So, freeing themselves from such guilt or shame and also the regret of unnecessary time-killing, gaining a boost in motivation and confidence sounds more practical.

7. Social Benefits

After breaking our habit of laying around on the couch or the bed the whole day, we will have time enough for our family and friends or also we can invest our time in finding a partner and starting a new real relationship outside the digital-screens. Healthy social habits also are necessary for producing happy hormones naturally in our body.

Whatever the internet may be gossiping even if something does not work on some of us, still there is no harm in giving it a try coz there is no disadvantage of NNN. And obviously, a healthy habit will definitely bring some positive changes in our lives.
