Super memory or super learning

Are you worried of your grades getting worst day by day. Do you keep forgetting things, names, ... Etc. Are you sad of the websites boasting to help improve your brain health ? If so, here's the solution. Following post will not only solve your small daily problems related to your memory but also help your studies. If you practise these tips in your daily you will have changed concept about yourself.
NOTE: Please read the whole post word by word from top to bottom and follow the instructions strictly for better results.
1st thing to know is PICTURIZATION: our brain picturizes the data that our sense organs perceive or brain makes image of not only what we see or read but also what we hear, smell and feel. For example, if you read 'tree' or hear it, you understand it because a picture of tree is made in your mind. But if you read or hear word 'brikshya' you won't understand because it doesn't make any image in your mind but one who knows Sanskrit lg. Easily understands it because his mind makes picture of tree at once.
If your brain makes pictures to store, you should picturize things you wanna remember so it will be easier for your brain to store it ( pictures in motion are stored powerfully ,if it has no motion at all give some to it.)
Second, FUNNY OR EXTRAORDINARY LINKING: our brain is catchy to funny & extraordinary things. For eg. If we go to public place like market, park ..etc we see many people but when we return home, we remember none of them but if we see a man of only a foot height we remember it for long coz its extraordinary as well as funny for us & catchy too.
So, if you want to remember something important like a file or a homework you worked last night, to do list, etc and worrying you may forget then place a shoe on it on the table & you'll surely catch that next day, means link the thing you wanna remember with something different.

LINKING METHOD : mix both (i) & (ii) or FUNNY LINK the PICTURES you wanna store. Eg. You were going to market to bring a music CD & a magazine. On the way out your mom told to bring cabbage for dinner, eggs & a packet of tissue paper as well. To remember them all make pictures of each in your mind now link them in a funny way. Here you can vizualize the CD as a spinning cutter cutting your favourite MAGAZINE which is made up of CABBAGE LEAVES, now to link EGGS give them some motion and make them half hatched & a chick scratching your cabbage book, place the tissue paper over the eggs ... Think its giving them warmth to hatch.


Now close your eyes and review your link in your mind. Now get ready, the first thing ;the cutter was of .... CD, cutting what? ... CABBAGE made of MAGAZINE, who is scratching it ? .... The half hatched chick out of EGG and who is hatching them ... Not hen .... Pack of tissue paper ... Try it with different objects & enjoy.

HOOKING METHOD : It is more effective technique than linking method. Because in 'linking method' if a link is broken or forgetten other also get affected and other thing is you will remember all the words numberwise. If one asks what was in number 5 or 15 you can tell at once which was not possible by linking method. It is something like this : First i'd like to introduce a new term 'hook word'. It works as hook to hang the word you wanna remember. Picturize the numbers and give a name for each. Eg. What does no. 1 look like ? I like calling it 'statue of liberty', 2 a duck, 3 human ear, 4 looks like chair, 5 a classic door handle . These are HOOK words Now link the words we tried before in funny way with our numberic symbols or visualize statue of liberty holding the CD instead of torch its for 1. & 2 or duck its reading your magazine, 3 think cabbage instead of ears hanging by side of head, no.4 eggs are rolling down the chair, you pulled the door handle and saw a huge heap of tissue paper lying on the door. Review your picturization process.now answer hook word for 1 was ? .. Statue of liberty and it was holding what ? .... a CD, 2 was ... Duck n it was reading ? ... MAGAZINE , 3 what were ear made of ? Cabbage , 4 is chair from it eggs were rolling down , 5 seems as door handle .. What did you see when you pull it ... Heap of TISSUE PAPER . Now what you need is some more hook words i m gonna help you upto 15.
6 looks like smoking pipe, 7 walking stick, 8 snowman, 9 fishing hook (lure) 10 bit confusing but a snail look exact, 11 goal post, 12 half broken heart, 13 flag of Nepal, 14 a piano , 15 a vase


If you were weak in the example above then remember proper linking with each hook word is very necessary and it must be funny or extraordinary as well and and practise more try drawing and colouring the images yourself for better grasp,be creative a lot. try recalling numberwise ,such as if i ask what was in 3 then first remember picture of hook word or EAR and cabbage comes in your mind hanging instead ..
Other things to enhance brain & memory power:

>BRAIN EXERCISES :
- do maths exercises
- learn a new 2nd language, try visiting new places, do something new, change your old routine so your unused or untouched part of brain gets activated.
-use both sides of brain, our left part of brain is analytical one and right part is creative & emotional one may be brushing your teeth with your opposite hand may help
- play word puzzle, jigsaw, sudoku,etc .. Chess is good too try different daily
-be stress & worry free, try YOGA, pranayama and other breathing exercises. They will take enough oxygen to your brain to work well.

>IMPROVE BRAIN HEALTH :
i) sleep well: while we sleep our brain manages the data recieved by our sense organs, whole day. So, no good sleep means not giving brain time to be ready for next day and results forgetfulness, lack of concertation, unclear or even misunderstanding,headache,etc.
ii) Drink lot of water: water not only keeps us alive but helps improving our memory also. Lack of water causes dehydration which causes misleading and confusion in brain.
iii)foods to improve memory: take food rich in vitamin E. Almonds are best but 2 are enough for a day with milk. Increase fruits, leafy vegetables & salads in your food. Spinach are good. Watery fruits, strawberries, blueberries even milk chocolates & dark chocolates are also good for memory power.
iv) body fitness: have you fat men are dull than normal. So, along with brain exercises do some daily workout also. Fit body helps healthy brain.
